The Lumus Imaging teams in our Robina and Southport clinics are hiring a Permanent Full Time (5 days a week, 38 hours a week) Medical Receptionist to join their team.
As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.
In this role you will work across both our Robina and Southport clinics.
About the Role:
Front-desk reception duties
Greeting patients/clients and managing appointments
Answering phones and handling general enquiries
Administrative support as required
Experience:
Previous medical or healthcare reception experience preferred but not essential
Training provided for the right candidate
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, professional, and well-presented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and adaptable to working across three Gold Coast locations
Team player with a positive attitude
