Customer Service Representative (Casual- ACT Canberra)

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused drivers to join our team on a casual basis. You'll deliver and collect vehicles, ensure they're spotless, and create a great handover experience — all while helping customers get back on the road after an accident.

What You'll Be Doing

* You'll play an important role in delivering clean, well-prepared vehicles and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving vehicles to and from customer locations using GPS and traffic apps
* Handing over vehicles in a friendly, professional manner
* Collecting vehicles and completing electronic forms via iPad
* Cleaning and detailing vehicles inside and out within timeframes
* Following all safety, traffic, and vehicle care protocols
* Working with your branch team to support daily schedules and customer needs

What You'll Bring

* A strong focus on customer service — any industry experience welcome
* Good communication, reliability, and team spirit
* Physically fit and able to wash, clean, and move vehicles safely
* Well-presented and professional in appearance
* Confident using mobile devices or tablets for basic data entry
* Previous driving or vehicle-handling experience is a bonus, not required
