Endorsed Enrolled Nurse

We're looking for a professional Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with relevant experience who wants to join our team on a Casual basis, working based in Clifton Hill.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who can provide professional, holistic and person-centered care in accordance with policies, procedures and legislative and regulatory requirements. In this role you will lead the direct care team and exercise efficiency and judgement in identifying situations requiring assistance from the Registered Nurse.
* Deliver a high standard of nursing care in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the relevant standards for practice, code of conduct for nurses and relevant legislation
* Ensure medications are administered, documented, stored and disposed to residents, safely, effectively, in accordance with legislation and Brotherhood policies and procedures
* Provide support and maintain a safe, secure, comfortable and clean environment for residents
* Report any changes in resident's health conditions, uncharacteristic or challenging behavior and take appropriate action as required.
Salary: $82,879.17 to $89,260.07 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employment)

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we're looking for the following key skills and experiences:

* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with medication endorsement
* Demonstrated knowledge and nursing experience in the provision of aged care, preferably in residential and/or community setting.
* Knowledge and understanding of ACFI and Accreditation Standards in Aged care
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional working relationships both internally and externally whilst maintaining confidentiality
* Proven ability to work autonomously within the scope of practice and as part of a team
