Joining AVCRO, means joining a team and an organisation that is serious about investing in its people to support growing demand for in-country Line, Base and Component Maintenance solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and accountability to AVCRO's Line and Base Maintenance Managers, Check Co-Ordinator and Zone Co-OrdinatorsWork with Certifying Staff for safe and efficient maintenance outcomesBeing responsible for your work and your environmentExperience / QualificationsDemonstrated experience in an aircraft maintenance environment of any description, i.e. Component Shop, Engine Shop, GA Workshop etcThe ability to follow instructions, as well as consistently motivate and work with your team for successful outcomesStrong communication skills, and the ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholder groups4 years work experience in similar role (preferred)Our Customer is a compliance driven Company.
