General Manager, AI Transformation

This role offers the opportunity to lead that shift, driving organisational efficiency, cost optimisation, risk reduction and speed to market through scalable AI solutions, automation and transformation.
As General Manager AI Transformation, reporting to Damien O'Donnell (CTO), you will lead the enterprise AI, automation and transformation agenda across the business.
You will operate across business units with varying levels of AI and automation maturity, leading a hub and spoke model that enables consistent, scalable delivery across the organisation. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams spanning delivery, engineering, AI stewards and governance, bringing alignment, clarity and pace to execution.
This role is focused on translating a broad set of ideas into a clear, prioritised roadmap, and ensuring delivery at scale in a regulated, audit‐ready environment with a balanced approach to risk.

Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering AI, automation or enterprise transformation at scale
* Strong understanding of technology, with the ability to lead with authority and bring both technical and non‐technical teams together
* Proven ability to translate enterprise AI capability into meaningful customer and adviser outcomes
* Experience in regulated environments with a focus on governance and risk
* A track record of driving cost optimisation and organisational efficiency
* Ability to align complex stakeholders and deliver across multiple business units
* A pragmatic, outcomes‐focused leadership style that turns strategy into execution
