About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and personable Junior Account Assistant to join our Sales team. This is a full-time, permanent role and is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to develop into an Account Manager or Sales Consultant. You'll play a key role in supporting and nurturing client relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
You will build strong relationships, support customer needs, and contribute to revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts. Additionally you will:
* Build rapport with clients through regular meetings, providing guidance and education on our products and services
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding and responding to customer needs and business goals
* Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
* Support the development of account strategies to drive value and maximise client outcomes
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, product and warehouse teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
You will bring
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role (desirable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Good organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Commercial awareness and an interest in sales and client management
* Relevant experience and/or a qualification (or working towards) in Marketing, Business or a related field
* The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, support account strategies, and deliver high-quality outcomes
* Curiosity and enthusiasm for working in a creative, sensory-driven industry
