We are looking for a seasoned Technology Architect who will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering automation solutions for cloud migrations.
The ideal candidate will drive the development of reusable migration assets and artifacts that enable faster customer decision-making and scalable application migrations to AWS.
You should be technically proficient, with a passion for learning and introducing new technologies, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical strategies to both internal stakeholders and customers.
This hands-on role requires expertise in building automation solutions while maintaining strong partnerships across AWS departments, including services teams, marketing, and professional services.
You'll be instrumental in helping colleagues and customers embrace and adopt new technologies, ultimately driving successful cloud transformation initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
Drive development of reusable migration assets and artifacts enabling faster customer decision-making and scalable application migrations to AWS
Architect repeatable solutions, mechanisms, and playbooks for efficient, cost-effective, and low-risk workload migrations
Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS Migration Solutions and tooling
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product teams
Develop and maintain comprehensive migration documentation including whitepapers and best practices
Spearhead POCs and prototypes through completion
Lead technical engagement with cross-functional AWS teams to define and execute migration strategies
Design, launch and deliver technical workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing
Create and validate architectural best practices across diverse technology stacks
Strategy & Innovation: articulate business/industry fundamentals (e.g., ROI, TCO, cost benefit analysis); understand regulations and operational excellence; familiarity with business strategy and trends in the IT industry (e.g., CI/CD, Migration, AI/ML...etc.).
Technology Breadth: demonstrate architectural best practices applied across a breadth of technologies to solve organizational problems, articulate views/roadmaps for future development, and understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
