The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team at our Shepparton manufacturing site. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning of the Nutritionals plant, ensuring customer demand is met while balancing operational capacity, raw material supply and production efficiency. Working closely with Operations, Sales, and key customers, you will play a key role in driving supply reliability, improving service levels and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end planning for the Nutritionals plant, including facilitating weekly S&OE meetings and contributing to the IBP process.
* Develop constrained supply plans aligned with customer demand, operational capability and inbound milk supply.
* Monitor and communicate stock levels, supply risks and potential out-of-stock issues across finished goods and raw materials.
* Manage MRP and planning activities including raw materials, finished goods and production scheduling.
* Coordinate with suppliers and third-party providers to ensure service and supply reliability.
* Support new product launches and product phase-outs across the site.
* Maintain planning master data and policies within the ERP system.
* Provide planning support across the wider Shepparton team during peak periods or leave coverage.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or production planning within a manufacturing environment (FMCG highly regarded).
* Experience working with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft D365 advantageous).
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
* Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools (desirable).
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP or food safety standards (preferred).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
