This is a Graduate Demand Planner role that involves supporting forecasting, supply planning, and procurement in a fast-paced FMCG/pharmaceutical environment.
Your Role
The key responsibilities include:
* Working in a welcoming and supportive team environment.
* Starting as a Demand Planner and learning forecasting skills across a diverse product range.
* Gaining hands-on experience in Supply Planning, Procurement, and Distribution.
* Participating in task allocation and project groups focused on specific priorities.
* Understanding sales, marketing, and promotional activities and their relationship with supply and demand.
* Using forecasting tools and processes to identify trends.
* Problem solving and creating efficiencies.
* Collaborating cross-functionally.
* Learning foundations of Procurement and Distribution structures and processes.
* Engaging in project management, leadership, and cost management.
* Identifying business risks and drivers.
* Managing administrative processes.
* Preparing and presenting data.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A strong ability to think critically.
* A positive mindset and adaptable nature.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Degree qualified in Business, Operations, GMP, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Some work experience, not necessarily in the field.
