The role
A leading Australian business is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to partner closely with its Sales leadership team during a key period of growth and transformation. This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll combine financial control, commercial analysis and business partnering to help drive performance across a complex, multi-channel operation. The Opportunity Reporting to senior finance leadership and working closely with Sales stakeholders, you will be responsible for: Leading month-end reporting, analysis and performance commentary Driving budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes Partnering with Sales leaders to provide commercial insights and decision support Building financial models, business cases and scenario analysis Improving reporting, governance, controls and financial processes Supporting strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives Providing meaningful insights to drive revenue growth and profitability About You You are a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to influence stakeholders outside of finance. You enjoy operating in a fast-paced environment and can quickly add value in a contract capacity. Ideally, you will bring: Significant experience in management accounting, forecasting and business partnering Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills and exposure to large ERP environments The ability to communicate confidently with operational and senior leadership teams A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running What's On Offer?
