Purple Patch Doors is a growing service business that prides itself on great customer service, reliable technicians and efficient operations.

We are looking for two organised and customer-focused administrators to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, scheduling and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. We are a paperless office, and have invested in leading job management software and tools to help our team thrive in their roles. For you, these tools enable you to schedule with confidence and efficiency - so you can do your very best work, every day. This includes online booking systems and complementary scheduling and marketing tools.

You will be a key part of the office team, helping coordinate jobs, support customers and ensure our technicians are set up for success each day.

The Role

In this role you will help manage the daily flow of customer jobs from enquiry through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer sales and service enquiries

* Scheduling and coordinating technician appointments

* Managing daily job schedules

* Updating job information within our job management system

* Processing quotes, invoices and payments

* Liaising with technicians, subcontractors and suppliers

* Assisting with stock orders and purchase orders

* General administration and reporting

No two days are the same, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety and staying organised in a busy environment.

About You

You will likely have experience in:

* Administration

* Customer service

* Scheduling / coordination

* Service or trade-based businesses (advantage)

You will also be:

✔ Highly organised and detail focused
✔ Friendly and professional with customers
✔ Confident on the phone and via email
✔ Able to manage multiple priorities
✔ A strong team player who can also work independently

Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service preferred

* Certificate or Diploma in Business/Administration or Financial Services / Bookkeeping (preferred but not essential)

* Current Driver's Licence

Requirements
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency status required
