About HRHA
Across the Hume region, the health services are experiencing the need to uplift digital maturity to improve patient care by uplifting the Core Information Systems and related infrastructure. The region’s digital health program is aligned to the initiatives identified in the Victoria’s Digital Health Roadmap 2021-2025 and works collaboratively with the Department of Health’s Digital Health branch.
Over the next 3 to 5 years the region plans to rollout connected patient administration system, billing system, integration platform, electronic medical records system, adoption of My Health Records, Health information exchange system and other associated solutions required to continue to improve the safety and quality of health care.

About the role
The Technical Project Manager – Cyber Security will report directly to the Director Information Security and will be responsible for management and delivery of foundational security technology projects, liaising with executives, operational staff, vendors, support teams, business partners and IT leadership as part of the HRHA technical initiatives.
The Technical Project Manager – Cyber Security will be responsible for the day to day management of cyber security projects, ensuring the required products are delivered on time, on budget, within scope and to quality standards.
What we are looking for:
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications or certification in Information Technology, cyber security or equivalent experience.
3. Experience in delivery of cyber security initiatives with further experience of 5+ years in project management of multi-agency technical projects.
4. Project and team coordination skills in an ICT context
5. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
6. Experience working on a project in a complex environment, ideally in a healthcare or hospital setting
7. Experience working with enterprise solutions such as telephony, user management, desktop services and other systems would be an advantage
