Programmed Skilled Central West are seeking a
Hydraulic Fitter / Field Service Technician
to carry out
diagnosis
and
repairs
on
mobile
and
fixed hydraulic equipment
. This casual
ongoing
role offers
growth opportunities

The role is based at the
Service and Supply Centre in Dubbo
with travel to customer sites within
Dubbo and surrounding areas
. You'll be responsible for performing
field-based hydraulic services
, including replacing hoses in breakdown situations and completing new installations on a variety of machinery.
Key Responsibilities
As a
Hydraulic Field Service Technician
, your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems on both mobile and fixed equipment.
* Disassembling and reassembling components to identify and resolve hydraulic system faults.
* Carrying out general repairs and maintenance on hydraulic systems.
* Identifying and remanufacturing hydraulic hoses and other components.
* Mechanical installations for a variety of machinery and systems.
What We're Looking For
If you have hands-on experience as a Light to Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, with strong industry knowledge in hydraulics and mechanical maintenance-and you're looking to transition into a new field where your transferable skills can add value-we want to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you will generally have:
* A professional and proactive approach to work.
* Relevant industry experience in hydraulics or mechanical maintenance.
* Trade qualifications (required).
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.
* A current LR driver's license (or willingness to obtain).
* A Forklift License.
* A White Card (Construction Induction Training).
* The ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
