The Role:
* This is a senior position within our retail organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of services across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and motivate teams to deliver high-quality services
* To lead and develop strategies to build revenue and achieve quality targets
* To manage close relationships with supplier partners and customer teams
* To review and fine-tune business performance cycles based on forecasts, reporting, and customer analysis
* To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of service by cabin crew and caterers
* To manage localised supply chain, product development, and contract management
* To oversee Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance, ensuring all certifications and training are up-to-date for team members
* To manage On-Time Performance (OTP) for services at designated ports
* To lead investigations and report on incidents involving services, particularly in relation to safety, compliance, or financial risk
What You Need:
* Demonstrated success in a similar commercial and operational role
* High-level B2B relationship management skills
* Strong leadership and communications skills
* Experience in complex budgeting and formulating large P&Ls
* Strategic focus and 'Change Manager' competencies
* Ability to develop and deliver training programs
* Ability to develop and oversee delivery of projects
* Tertiary education in Business or Finance
