As a Digital Imaging Officer, you'll oversee state mailroom operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of mail and documents, which is crucial for our customers' satisfaction and trust. Your new role
Mailroom staff will be responsible for the mailroom operations, including provision of digital imaging services. Batch physical loan settlement and mail documents in preparation for digital imaging. Receive and process incoming mail: open envelopes, flatten documents, and remove staples.
Capture and verify metadata from scanned images using our application. Classify documents accurately, investigating and inputting missing metadata from other systems. Work with OBP & WFN systems, handling both retail and broker documents.
Short-term assignment with full-time business hours provided. Working 100% on site at 3 Parramatta Square, Parramatta, NSW. Hourly rate: $35.15 per hour plus superannuation.
