We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager – Older Adult Care (Oral Nutritional Supplements) to join our passionate Healthcare Nutrition ANZ team. This is a hybrid role based in Chatswood, Sydney, with flexibility to work from home a few days a week.
As Brand Manager, you'll shape the Fortisip Older Adult Care portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Adult Nutrition ANZ, you'll drive strategy, lead annual brand plans, and deliver impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that fuel growth in Adult Healthcare Nutrition; all in close collaboration with cross‐functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Co‐develop and execute the Older Adult Care portfolio strategy
* Own annual brand planning, prioritisation, and commercial delivery for the Fortisip portfolio
* Lead integrated, multi‐channel marketing activations, including
o Direct‐to‐patient and carer campaigns
o Healthcare professional engagement
* Drive growth through marketing activation, innovation, new product launches, and renovations
* Lead monthly performance analysis, dashboard reporting, and insight generation
* Provide strategic input into demand and supply planning, identifying risks and opportunities
* Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and Global teams to ensure aligned execution
* Manage and influence external agencies across creative, media, PR, and research
* Support strong in‐market execution in relevant community channels
About You
You are a commercially minded brand professional with a passion for healthcare nutrition and driving impact through strong, insight‐led execution. You enjoy taking ownership, thrive in complex environments, and know how to balance strategy with action. You are proactive, curious, and collaborative, with the ability to influence across a wide stakeholder network while maintaining a strong delivery focus.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce
* 2+ years' experience in Brand or Product Management within FMCG, OTC, or Healthcare
* Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or healthcare channels is preferred
* Proven experience in annual brand planning, integrated campaigns, and innovation is desired
* Strong commercial acumen, including P&L understanding, business case development, and performance analysis
* Experience working with cross‐functional and global stakeholders
* Sound project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A growth mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work with speed and agility
