We are looking for a strong and experienced Sous Chef to support and lead alongside our Head Chef. This role requires someone with a proven background in fine dining, specialising in Italian and French cuisine, who can manage a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and creativity.
What we're looking for:
* Experience at Sous Chef level or a very strong Senior CDP ready to step up.
* Expertise in Italian and/or French cuisine with fine dining experience.
* Strong leadership, organisation, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to deliver consistency at the highest standard.

Larder Commis / Demi Chef
We are also seeking a Larder Commis or Demi Chef to join our brigade. Perfect for chefs who want to refine their skills in a fine dining environment and work with premium produce.

* Previous larder or fine dining experience preferred.
