About the Role.
Working within our Probate Team, the Probate Clerk will;
- Manage the administration of deceased estates.
- Prepare court documents for grants of representation.
- Liaise with the relevant beneficiaries, banks, and legal teams.
- Assist with asset retrieval, debt payment, and final distribution of assets while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and timeframes.
- General administration and file management duties.
Skills & Experience.
· 4 years' experience in probate and estate administration required.
· Previous history in providing attention to detail and high accuracy in preparing complex legal documentation.
· History of being an empathetic and professional communicator, as the role involves interacting with grieving families.
· Technical proficiency in legal case management software Leap, CRM software Redview and Microsoft Office Suite highly desirable.
