The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Facilities Team Member to support the day-to-day upkeep of our school grounds and buildings. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-presented environments for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with general grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and garden care
* Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks across school facilities
* Supporting set-up and pack-down for school events and activities
* Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment
About You
* Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
* Ability to use basic hand tools
* Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or facilities support (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Reliability and flexibility to work casual hours as required
* Hold a current and valid driver’s licence

* Current Working with Children Check & Police Check (or willingness to apply)
* First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Management, CPR Training - Current or willing to complete
* Mandatory Child Safety training – provided by the school upon commencement
