The role assists the Overhaul Supervisor in maintaining operational standards, supporting overhaul projects, and ensuring all component maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include performing component maintenance and overhaul tasks, supporting workshop coordination, ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures, and certifying work where authorised. The position may also assist with aircraft maintenance tasks when required.

Essential Requirements
Required Role Experience: Aircraft component maintenance or overhaul workshop experience
Maintenance Qualification / Licence: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer qualification or Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)
Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of Part 145 maintenance environments
Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required
Skills: Component overhaul, workshop maintenance procedures, strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, teamwork
Attitude: Professional, safety-focused, organised, proactive team contributor with strong communication skills
