Help guide and develop younger engineers and drafters 17.5% leave loading relocation assistance available Your Role Review and lead design outputs, ensuring quality and compliance Liaise with councils, clients, and stakeholders to drive outcomes Prepare estimates, proposals, and contract documents Perform site inspections and oversee contract administration What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and RPEQ registration (desired) 7–10 years’ experience in consulting (local government experience highly valued) Expertise in roads, earthworks, drainage, sewer, and pavement design Familiarity with QUDM, IPWEAQ, and local authority standards Excellent communication and documentation skills Strong time management and a proactive mindset Ready to take the lead?
