- Develop engaging online learning content, including user guides, instructional videos, and eLearning modules.
- Identify training needs within the IT realm and design and execute training plans and programs.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver IT training through a variety of methods, including in-person sessions, workshops, and online materials.
- Create engaging learning content, such as user guides, instructional videos, and eLearning modules.
- Design and implement IT training plans and programs based on identified needs.
- Manage user accounts and access within IT systems while adhering to relevant policies.
- Assist with managing and executing IT projects, including change management tasks and progress updates.
- Contribute actively to team development by establishing standards, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues.
**Your Experience and Skills**
- Experience developing IT training material, instructional guides and how to's.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the broader purpose of the system.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate customer-focused outcomes.
