Job description:
We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join the team at Stockland Halcyon, offering luxury resort-style living designed for over 55's. This position will work between the two project sites, Stockland Halcyon Wildflower, located in Piara Waters, and Stockland Halcyon Illywarrie, located in Sinagra.
The role
Working closely with your Sales Professional, you'll be providing support whilst also playing a significant role in the Customer Journey. This is a diverse role that brings together a blend of Customer Service, Administration and Sales Support. An opportunity to join a successful team and grow into a career with Stockland.
Base pay (salary + super) plus quarterly bonus + sales commission is on offer, for this permanent, full-time role, Monday - Friday, based onsite.
What are we looking for?
* A customer focus is what drives you - you understand delivering outstanding service and being a customer advocate
* You'll bring your administration and customer service experience with you, and exposure in a sales support function would be beneficial
* You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily - if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you with this
* Work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
* Open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term career
* You will need to have your own reliable transport and a full driver's licence
* Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous but not essential
