Oracle Data Guard Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oracle professional to lead the deployment and validation of an Active Data Guard setup for a Primavera on-prem installation. This role is pivotal in enhancing reporting capabilities and offloading production workloads through a robust standby database configuration.
* Deploy a DEV Active Data Guard instance for Primavera
* Validate installation and ensure accurate replication setup
* Provide comprehensive documentation and walkthrough of configuration and maintenance procedures
* Promote validated solution to Production environment
* Advise on best practices for reporting off the standby database
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration
* Troubleshoot and resolve any deployment or replication issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong previous experience with Oracle Active Data Guard deployments
* Proven expertise in Primavera on-prem environments (v preferred)
* Solid understanding of Oracle database replication and standby configurations
* Experience in documenting technical configurations and procedures
* Ability to advise on performance optimisation and reporting strategies
* Familiarity with NV1 or Baseline security clearance requirements
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
