Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist

The opportunity

As our Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist, you'll work as part of a passionate and collaborative team focused on attracting and recruiting students and graduates into EY's undergraduate and graduate programs. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships across the business, working with a broad range of stakeholders from Partners through to university and school contacts.

You'll play an important ambassador role for EY, helping to shape how early talent experiences our firm and contributing to the next generation of EY leaders. At the same time, you'll be supported to grow your own career, with exposure to a variety of initiatives and projects across Early Careers. No two days will look the same.

Based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

* Delivering end‐to‐end early careers recruitment processes, with a strong focus on embedding diversity, equity and inclusion across our programs
* Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, schools, industry bodies and early careers pathway organisations
* Managing our early identification and internship programs, including supporting program design and facilitation
* Contributing to a range of Early Careers projects and initiatives aligned to your interests and strengths
* From time to time, this role will involve attending external events. While this may occasionally be outside of standard business hours, these instances are limited and planned in advance.

Skills and attributes for success

* Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, or transferable experience working closely with stakeholders and candidates
* A genuine passion for early careers talent, with exposure to graduate, intern or high‐volume recruitment environments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence engaging with students, universities and senior stakeholders
* Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
