Job Title: Building Surveyor Instructor

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to step into a teaching and mentoring role, helping shape the future of Tasmania's built environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to students looking to become the next generation of certified professionals in the construction industry.
\
Responsibilities:
\
* Teaching and inspiring students in the field of Building Surveying
\
* Supporting learners both on campus and online
\
* Developing and coordinating teaching and assessment materials aligned with industry standards
\
* Providing expert advice and guidance to students, employers, and stakeholders
\
Requirements:
\
* Be licensed as a Building Surveyor Level 1 or Level 2 (or equivalent) in your state or territory
\
* Have an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying (minimum), with higher level Building Surveying qualifications highly desirable
\
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
\
* Hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or be willing to work toward it
