An excellent opportunity to extend your professional development on a broader level within ACRRM. This is a paid role with time count towards trainingReporting to the NSW/ACT Training Network Coordinator the incumbent will act as an intermediary between GP Registrars and their state ACRRM team. The role will also interact with regional training stakeholders that have an influence in GP training.The RLO’s role is to advocates and represent, the GP registrars at their training post management level, aids pastoral care, and when needed is included in numerous aspects of GP Registrars transitions in and out of their training posts.The ideal candidate will have advanced communication skills and analytics that will assist with Registrar advocacy, the maintenance of strategic partnerships, governance and risk, operational excellence, and educational representation. There is the opportunity to participate in regional face 2 face workshops.This is an opportunity to extend your professional development further while being recognized, as an advocate among your fellow Registrars and on a broader level within ACRRM. (or equivalent)Enrolled GP Registrar with ACRRMExcellent interpersonal, liaison, written and oral communication skillsHigh level organisational, attention to detail, analysis and problem-solving skills in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary environmentIntermediate or better Microsoft Office applications skillsKnowledge, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge, of requirements of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT), ACRRM Training Standards for Supervisors and Training Posts, National Terms and Conditions for the Employment of Registrars (NTCER), and ACRRM, the Department of Health and AGPT policy and procedures (will be provided as part of orientation and induction to the role).Other RequirementsUnrestricted motor vehicle license and willingness to travel for positionCurrent medical indemnity insuranceRequirementsApply
