The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficient and effective management of suppliers and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end supplier and subcontractor prequalification, maintaining a list of approved suppliers, completing new credit applications, and providing support services to the procurement function.
Responsibilities
* Manage supplier and subcontractor registrations and drive supply chain efficiencies
* Manage the end-to-end supplier and subcontractor prequalification process
* Maintain a current and accurate list of approved suppliers
* Complete new credit applications for suppliers
* Provide support services to the Procurement function
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* You must be able to initiate, negotiate and maintain positive stakeholder interactions
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
* Understanding of commercial terms and conditions is necessary
* Time management, proactivity and prioritisation skills with an eye for detail are essential
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office is expected
Desirable Qualifications, Experience
* Police clearance is required
* Experience using JD Edwards (JDE) is desirable
* A Certificate or Qualification in Supply Chain or similar is beneficial
