Role: Finance Broker
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 3 years in mortgage brokering.
Location: Work from home opportunity available

Key Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for customers referred by our network
Conduct initial client meetings and assist them through to settlement
Collaborate with Senior Mortgage Brokers for mentoring and deal assistance
Prepare client files, gather information, and ensure accuracy
Manage loan applications, serviceability calculators, and compliance
Track loan applications and ensure timely settlements
Foster key relationships with clients, bank BDMs, and conveyancers
Maintain CRM systems
Qualifications & Experience
Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
Minimum 3 years experience as a mortgage broker
Experience in writing loans for construction and residential properties
Strong knowledge of Australian lending products, policies, and compliance
Full accreditation with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in holding meetings and navigating Zoom
