About the Role:
As a receptionist, you'll be the face of our dealership — welcoming guests.
You'll be responsible for:
* Greet and welcome all visitors with professionalism
* Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
* Keep the customer database up-to-date
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and couriers, ensuring clarity and timeliness
* Order and maintain necessary stationery and supplies
* Ensure the reception area and lounge are tidy
* Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail
* Assist administration and management teams as needed
* Perform additional tasks to uphold our standards of excellence
