About the Role
You will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing a wide range of People & Culture initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including workforce strategy, employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent acquisition, capability development and learning programs.
This strategic operational role requires you to lead and execute activities that elevate the HR function, provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, and ultimately build and maintain a culture that supports outstanding performance and innovation.

* Develop and implement strategic people plans and objectives aligned with business goals
* Provide expert guidance and advice to senior leaders on human resources matters
* Lead and manage a small team to deliver HR services and initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Professional qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
* Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner with a track record of driving cultural change and improving employee engagement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
