Working within SA Government, this is a large and reputable department looking to engage a Trainer/Technology Adoption Consultant to assist with the uptake on new technology platforms.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be collaborating with the Technology Adoption Lead and training partners. As a Trainer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering focused training programs for new technology platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by equipping the workforce with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively utilise new technology.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Full DCSI clearance or WWCC is mandatory.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate learners.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and training partners.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs and materials.
- Experience creating, implementing, and assessing training resources, materials, and evaluation processes, including delivering structured and tailored training.
- Ideally, you will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or an equivalent qualification.
