About The Role… Get your foot in the door at CCEP and step into a pivotal Learning & Development role with this 12‑month maternity leave opportunity based at our Richlands, QLD – onsite (5 days).
We are seeking a technically minded L&D Consultant who thrives in fast‑paced, operational environments and brings proven experience delivering technical training initiatives within supply chain, manufacturing or large, complex organisations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with site and national stakeholders to uplift workforce capability and contribute to continuous improvement of our process and governance for technical training. Responsibilities
* Build and deliver site learning plans aligned to business priorities and technical training needs.
* Lead skills gap analysis, evaluate training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
* Manage and deliver change initiatives and capability uplift.
* Coach subject matter experts through use of training documentation.
* Monitor national compliance, quality, safety and governance standards; escalate risks where required.
* Review skills matrices and conduct TNA to inform capability roadmaps and operational performance plans.
* Report and analyse on training compliance, assessments, and capability trends to support performance improvement.
* Partner with site leaders on cross‑skilling, performance improvement and capability insights.
* Deliver Train-the-Trainer and Train-the-Assessor programs across Supply Chain.
* Partner with site leaders and People & Culture to support capability needs, enable cross‑skilling, and deliver core learning programs.
Let’s Talk About You…
* Previous experience in an FMCG learning and development (preferred) with technical training solution implementation
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
* Build rapport at all levels and take people on the journey to successfully navigate change
* Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage with an audience
* Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task aligned to business goals
* Experience with Learning Management Systems
* Ability to apply instructional design principals and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules
