Due to ongoing growth of the business this newly created role will
**lead **our established team of Quality Advisors and support our Home, Community and Retirement Living Services, with a focus on compliance, best practice and positive outcomes for consumers. Working as part of the broader organisational Quality and Risk department, you and your team will monitor best practice in care and service delivery, maintain compliance, identify and respond to risks and support continuous improvement and business efficiencies.
**What you bring**:
- Experience in quality and / or risk management in aged, community, disability or health care industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legislation/regulations relevant to aged care and/or disability services.
- Experience with quality and risk management systems, including policy development, process mapping, root cause analysis, risk assessment, trend data analysis, evaluations and report writing.
- Experience in managing relationships with regulators and other agencies and responding to external compliance audits and requests for information.
- Experience in conducting internal investigations, undertaking reviews and follow up of incidents and risks including compliance reporting.
- Analytical skills to support decision making, problem solving and guide informed recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Tertiary qualifications within a health services disciple is highly desirable.
