This contract Production Operator role offers hands-on involvement in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily production operations and ensuring products are manufactured to specification. Your duties will include mixing ingredients accurately according to approved recipes, operating and monitoring basic production machinery, and performing quality checks throughout the production process.
You will also be required to package and label finished products accurately, stack goods onto pallets for storage and distribution and maintain cleanliness and organisation across the production area in line with food safety and workplace regulations. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet production targets.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided. You must be comfortable working with machinery and production processes and able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical fitness for manual handling tasks, effective communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic. A willingness to learn and adapt within a production environment is essential.
A current forklift licence is required for this position.
