About The Role
As a crucial part of our Trade Counter team, you will spend your time delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and undertaking various tasks that maintain the smooth operation of our warehouse and trade counter.
Your Day-To-Day
* Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
* Carrying out pick-packing and stock control activities
* Maintaining a tidy and safe branch and warehouse environment
* Providing product information and assisting with customer queries
We are seeking individuals who possess:
* Previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service, with a passion for helping others both in person and over the phone
* The ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided
* Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
* A valid driver's license and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
* A desire to develop their career within our organization or move into head office roles
