Overview
Knowmore is once again recruiting law students to volunteer for a 3‐month placement with our team. Knowmore is a multi‐disciplinary community legal centre which assists survivors of child sexual abuse and the stolen generations.
Responsibilities
Volunteers will be required to commit one day a week for 3 months of volunteer work. There will be the possibility for the role to be ongoing. Volunteers will work closely with the legal team to complete casework.
Qualifications
* Strong research and drafting skills
* Keen interest in social justice and supporting clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
* Ability to work autonomously
