This role presents an opportunity to be part of a civil construction contractor in Busselton, contributing to various projects across the South West region. As a casual accounts/payroll assistant, you will be responsible for providing holiday cover support, processing weekly payroll for 30 individuals, overseeing administration tasks, invoicing, and progress claims.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Weekly Payroll: Inputting and payment of salary for 30 people on a regular basis
* Manage administrative duties, including invoicing, assistance with progress claims, and purchasing orders
* Office responsibilities, answering main phone line, banking, petty cash management, greeting customers occasionally, and raising purchase orders
Requirements
* At least 2+ years' experience in either a construction or engineering business environment
* Proficiency in working within a professional blue-collar setting
* Well-organised individual with a confident, friendly personality who is comfortable collaborating within a small team
