For over 50 years at Ash Bros, we've taken pride in processing and distributing the highest quality fresh and frozen seafood to Victorians.
We regularly service a range of clients in the hospitality industry, including 5-star Hotels, leading restaurants, sporting venues, hospitals, caterers, TAFE colleges, and seafood retailers.
Hours: Monday to Saturday 2am to 10am (approx).
This position include duties such as but not limited to:
* Fish Filleting
* Fish cleaning (scale and gut)
* General duties as required
Requirements:
* Police check
* Fish filleting experience
* Ability to commute to sunshine west
* Good knife skills and ability to maintain knives
* English proficiency
* Provide at least two references
* Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
* Ability to work well in a team
* Excellent work ethic - you must be reliable and punctual
