BRAND MANAGER – BICYCLE ACCESSORY BRANDS | SUNSHINE COAST | HYBRID | $46/HR + BONUSES

We're looking for a driven Brand Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of respected bicycle accessory brands — covering tyres, lighting & more — and help shape their success within the Australian cycling industry.
Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll be part of a supportive team working closely with suppliers, retailers and internal stakeholders to grow brand visibility, drive demand and support independent bicycle retailers nationwide.

What You'll Do
Lead brand strategy and positioning across multiple cycling brands
Own go-to-market execution, seasonal campaigns & launches
Help shape pricing strategy, GP outcomes & inventory direction
Manage Shopify platforms, content accuracy & conversion performance
Run and optimise paid digital activity (Google + Meta)
Analyse performance, trends & campaigns using intermediate–advanced Excel
Support retailers with tools, assets & activation — including events and trade shows

Who We're Looking For
3+ years in brand, marketing or digital
Experience in cycling, sporting goods or consumer lifestyle brands
Strong Shopify + Excel capability
Confident with paid advertising & performance reporting
Commercially aware, proactive and collaborative
Experience in wholesale or distribution highly valued
A genuine interest in cycling is a big plus
Intermediate level Shopify management experience required for platform administration and optimisation.
