Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and operational leaders, providing financial, commercial, and strategic insights to guide decision-making. Deliver analysis for end-to-end sales and margin management, including customer, product, and segment profitability reviews. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for sales, service, and support functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the financial operations for the New Zealand business, including compliance, payments, and month-end reporting. Maintain and update pricing structures, supporting annual pricing reviews and commercial negotiations. Prepare and present KPIs, dashboards, and business performance reviews, highlighting opportunities for improvement. Drive process efficiencies across sales and SG&A functions, leveraging systems such as SAP and Salesforce for accuracy and insight. Oversee tax reporting, audits, and statutory obligations for AU and NZ operations. To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA Qualified with strong commercial finance experience within a complex, cross-functional environment. You will be skilled in translating financial data into actionable insights, adept at building relationships, influencing decisions and driving process improvements.
