Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Student Support Officer based in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Student Support Officer will provide assistance to students throughout their educational journey, ensuring they have access to resources and support. Key responsibilities include offering guidance on course materials, addressing student inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and liaising with other departments to support student success. The role also involves supporting technical and administrative processes to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
* Strong customer service skills, including the ability to address inquiries and provide support promptly and professionally.
* Analytical skills to assess and resolve student issues and improve overall support processes.
* Has previously work in the CRICOS education environment and would have experience in supporting international students l.
* Basic technical support skills to assist students with navigating online platforms and resources.
* Proficiency in using office software and learning management systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating organizational and time-management skills.
* Prior experience in education or student support roles is an advantage.
* A relevant qualification in education, administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
