Our client, a well-established distribution company, are looking for a customer service superstar to joing their Sales Support team,supporting the Customer Experience Manager by handling customer enquiries andresolving issues. The role involves sales order processing, and both inbound andoutbound communication to ensure smooth order management and high levels ofclient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage andprocess new sales orders entry, dispatch, expediting anddelivery
Prepare customer correspondence
Handle order management and invoiceupdates
Take inbound and make outbound calls
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customersatisfaction
Your Profile
Experience with ERPsystems, Pronto or Zendesk is a must
Minimum 2 yearsof experience in sales support or customerservice
Professional customer service phone manner inresolving complaints/issues
Able to work Hours: 8:30 am –4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Ability to grasp various ordertypes and processes: Agency orders, Wholesale orders, Project orders.
Understanding of sales, freight, logistics,warehousing, and appliances is advantageous.
Proactive, with initiative and creativeproblem-solving skills
A team player
