Production Leadership Role
In this key position, you will oversee daily production activities to drive efficiency and productivity while ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, planning and updating schedules, coordinating dispatch activities, and managing non-conformance reports.
Key Accountabilities:
* Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of quality, service, and efficiency.
* Develop and update production schedules to accommodate maintenance, breakdowns, and workflow changes.
* Coordinate dispatch activities, prioritize shipments, and support packing as needed.
* Provide support for operators with troubleshooting, quality checks, audits, and press approvals.
* Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) internally and externally, driving process improvements.
* Lead safety initiatives, including audits, site walks, training, and incident management.
