Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Bunbury.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Australia's leading supplier of plumbing and bathroom products. As part of the Trade Counter team, you will be responsible for assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with their product needs, while also maintaining a high standard of customer service and branch operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Safe loading and unloading of supplier and branch vehicles/trucks
* Safe use of Forklift and demonstrates a strong stance on traffic management
* Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration (process of credit claims and replenishment)
* Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the warehouse and yard
* Embracing the Reece Group values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
What We're Looking For
* You have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone
* You can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
* You hold a valid driver's licence (pre-hire checks conducted) and are open to working various shifts, including weekends
