What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a commercial portfolio end-to-end
* Lease renewals, rent reviews, and strategic asset management
* Handling arrears, outgoings, and financial reporting
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Overseeing maintenance and contractor performance
* Identifying ways to improve portfolio returns
What You Bring
* Solid Commercial Property Management experience (non-negotiable)
* Strong understanding of leases, legislation, and financials
* Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease
* Highly organised with the ability to run your own portfolio
* Current Real Estate Licence + driver's licence
