Your new role
In this Senior Technical Specialist position, you will provide expert technical leadership to support the delivery, stability, and continual improvement of critical ICT systems. Your work will include mentoring teams, managing service reliability, overseeing operational technology environments, shaping technical policy, designing innovative solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring strong cyber and information security practices.
What you'll need to succeed
Success in this role requires demonstrated capability across IT infrastructure management, systems and software life cycle engineering, systems integration, and software configuration at an advanced level. You will bring strong experience in providing specialist technical advice, including skills in Sentinel, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps, along with proven capability in security operations, system installation and decommissioning, and release and deployment management. Qualifications or certifications in modern technologies, methodologies, and governance frameworks (such as Agile, ITIL, or COBIT) will be highly regarded.
