The ideal candidate will have a minimum of CERT III in Disability or equivalent qualification, with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities.Responsibilities:Provide individualized support and assistance to clients with disabilities in their daily activities, including personal care, domestic tasks, and social activities.Support clients to participate in community activities and access community resources.Monitor and report on clients' progress and any changes in their needs or circumstances.Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects clients' rights, dignity, and independence.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality and coordinated care services.Requirements:CERT III in Disability or equivalent qualification is essential.Previous experience working in disability support or a related field is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and screenings.Female candidates are preferred for this role due to the specific needs of our clients.If you are passionate about providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
