TES is unique in the market delivering a complete range of products from world class brands in the core transport categories: Hydraulics, Braking, Transport Equipment and Materials Handling.We are looking to appoint an experienced Parts Interpreter to our skilled Noble Park team.**About the Role**You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and solutions beyond just spare parts enquiries.**Key Responsibilities*** Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.* Provide accurate information on spare parts availability, pricing, and lead times.* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., service, warehouse, sales) to resolve customer queries that extend beyond parts.* Process orders and return claims in line with company policies.* Support the Customer Service Team Manager with administrative and operational tasks as required.* Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold high standards of customer service.**Skills & Experience*** Previous experience in a customer service or parts advisory role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* A team player with a customer-first mindset.* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.* Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.**Desirable*** Technical knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic systems.* Experience working in aftersales or service support roles.**What's on Offer:*** A competitive remuneration package* Access to employee benefits account including discounts on groceries, electronics and more* Access to Employee Assistance Program* Access to an annual Health and Wellbeing reimbursement program* Permanent full-time position - Monday to Friday* On the job training and supportThe successful candidate must be able to pass a compulsory pre-employment medical, drugs and alcohol assessment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
