About the role
As a Motorbike Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of motorcycles, ensuring our customers' vehicles are well-serviced and running at their best. This full-time role is based in our Shepparton, Victoria workshop.
What you'll be doing
* Inspect, diagnose and repair motorcycles of all makes and models
* Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
* Test ride motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and safety
* Log all work completed in our customer management systems
* Provide excellent customer service and advice to our clients
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of newly sold motorcycles
* Keep the workshop clean, tidy and well-organised
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or Automotive Trades
* Proven experience as a Motorbike Mechanic
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Good customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Sound knowledge of motorcycle systems, components and repair procedures
* A valid driver's licence
